What a day! It was a real privilege to perform in front of Royalty and support Scoutings high achievers on their special day in Windsor Castle. Princess Beatrice was in attendance and many people saw Her Majesty the Queen looking down on the parade. The band members and leaders did themselves, Tonbridge & Scouting proud. Comments…
Another year, another great performance by our senior members at the Brentwood Drill Competition. Probably the toughest contest to date and a very credible 3rd place. Well done all!
We’ve had a great December managing to squeeze in 7 performances and raising over £1000 in the process. We’ve had members taking part in their first performances, solos, duets and ensembles, well done to everyone (especially the 6 that did everything) AND at our Christmas concert, it was also formally announced that we have been…
Well done to the band for a brilliant Christmas Concert this afternoon. Special mention (because we forgot!) to Angela and her team that ran refreshments and the Whittaker/Stalker team who ran the raffle. Also well done to Zoe & Ella for their duet at the start of Highland Cathedral. 3 more performances to go before…

We’re just five months into the year, about to start the summer season, and we’ve already done so much. Let’s take a look back at everything we’ve been up to. We kicked off the year with a visit to Essex, where we were hosted by the prestigious Romford Drum and Trumpet Corps, as they taught us…
Today we’re in Hastings opening the town week. First stop is the town Hall and then onto Hastings Castle.
This morning we are entertaining the crowd and runners at Tonbridge Half Marathon. The runners always comment about the high fives from the band as we watch them go through Leigh the first time and then playing the second time.
Well done to the members who gained progress awards. Bronze to Andrew, Silver to Anja and Ellen and Gold to Ella and Pip.
